 The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark is one of a couple of books I did about animals being afraid of unlikely things. I have never seen a copy, so have no idea what the published text is like, but in the manuscript copy I have little Owl wants to fly with her friend the barn owl but- she's afraid of the dark. Moon helps out.
